1. Factors that determine the piling sequence

1. During the foundation construction of a small pile driver, the piling sequence should be determined according to the surrounding terrain, environment, soil quality, pile density, pile specifications and pile driver type.

2. Because the piles squeeze the soil, the piles driven in first are often pushed by the piles driven in later to cause horizontal displacement, especially when the piles are full. This phenomenon is particularly prominent. Therefore, when the pile distance is less than 4 times the diameter of the pile, a reasonable piling sequence should be drawn up.

2. How to determine the piling sequence

Under normal circumstances, the sequence can be determined according to the density of piles. For example, the piling sequence is divided into: row by row, from both sides to the middle, from the middle to the surroundings, from the middle to the sides, and in sections. Suppose. But the piling sequence is different in different situations, as follows:

1. When the piles are dense

Specific performance: pile* is equal to or less than 4 times the pile side length or diameter.

(1) When the foundation pit is not large, pile driving should be set up row by row or start from the middle and proceed to the two sides or around;

(2) For dense cluster piles, they should be driven symmetrically from the middle to two directions or around;

(3) If one side is adjacent to a building during pile driving, it should be driven from one side of the building to the other;

(4) When the foundation pit is relatively large, divide the foundation pit into several sections for blasting;

(5) The piling shall be carried out in the order of the design elevation of the pile first deep and then shallow;

(6) According to the size of the pile, the pile shall be hit first, then long and short;

(7) When the number of piles is small, it can be set up in sections. ,

2. When the pile feet are sparse

Specific performance: pile*distance greater than or equal to 4 times the pile side length or diameter.

Pile driving sequence: In addition to the two known piling sequences mentioned above, the method of driving from both sides to the middle or row by row can also be used. However, it should be noted that during row-by-row driving, the driving direction of the pile driving should also be changed row by row, so as not to cause the soil to squeeze in one direction, resulting in uneven soil compression.

3. When there are buildings or underground pipelines near the pile area

Piling sequence:

(1) Strike away from buildings or underground pipelines;

(2) For the same row of piles, the interval jump can be used when necessary.

4. When piling a large area

(1) You can fight first from the middle and gradually advance to the surroundings;

(2) If it is set up from the surroundings to the middle, the soil in the middle part will be squeezed, making it difficult to drive the piles. Sectional drilling can reduce the squeezing of the piles, which is more suitable for large-area piles.

5. When the pile specifications, buried depth and length are different

(1) It is advisable to apply the shots in the order of large first, then small, first deep and then shallow, and first long and short;

(2) When the pile head is higher than the ground, the pile driver should be driven backward, otherwise it can be driven forward.
